We THE PIPETTEMANN (formerly), do the servicing and calibration of all volume ranges of Piston operated volumetric apparatus (Micropipettes, Pipette Controllers, Bottle Top Dispensers, Stepper Pipettes and Piston Burettes) and calibration of Glassware, Weighing balances, Weights, Pressure gauges, Vacuum gauges, RPM indicators, IR thermometers, Thermo hygrometers, Humidity indicators with sensor, Temperature indicators with sensor, Timers, Temperature controllers & Thermocouples to NABL accredited Clinical & Testing Laboratories, NABH Accredited Hospitals & Blood Banks, Educational Institutions, Universities, Research Organizations and Biotechnological Industries.

 

We have started our business in April 2002. We first got NABL accreditation in August 2011 with our scope on mechanical calibration of micropipettes in volume according to ISO 8655:2002-part 6 standard. In 2013, we have extended our scope of accreditation to pipette controllers, piston operated dispensers and piston burettes. In 2015, we have further extended our scope of accreditation to the calibration of glassware, weights & weighing balances as per respective International standards. In 2017, we have upgraded our scope of accreditation to thermal calibration of thermometers, temperature controllers with sensor and thermocouples. In 2019, we have upgraded our scope of accreditation to Mechanical, Thermal & Electrotechnical calibrations of Pressure gauges, Vacuum gauges, RPM indicators, IR thermometers, Thermo-Hygrometers, Humidity indicators with sensor, Temperature controllers and Timers.

 

For Mechanical calibration, we use calibrated thermometer, calibrated hygrometer, calibrated barometer, calibrated tachometer, calibrated pressure calibrator and calibrated weighing balances along with E1 & E2 class weights to arrive measurement uncertainty on calibrating items according to International standards.

 

For thermal (Temperature) calibration, we use master calibrators & Reference thermocouples from -30˚c to 1500˚c to cover all types of thermal equipments. For thermal (Humidity) calibration, we use master calibrators & Reference thermo hygrometer from 15˚c to 50˚c & 20% RH to 90% RH to cover all types of thermo hygrometers and Humidity indicators with sensor.

 

For Electrotechnical (Temperature Simulation) calibration, we use master calibrator from -200˚c to 1800˚c to cover all types of themperature controllers. For Electrotechnical (Time) calibration, we use master calibrator from 1 sec to 24 hrs to cover all types of timers. We have well trained technical team of highly competent service & calibration engineers.
